今天大概11点左右到达 Ang Mo Kio Public Library 门前,奇怪,怎么里面没有人啊?后来才发现玻璃门前贴着一张纸条 aiyo, 唯有到Ang Mo Kio Central 溜达,闲逛。

没有留意到网站首页有着这样的 notice x_X ~>(The National Library, Regional and Public Libraries will only be opened from 2pm to 9pm on Saturday 31 October 2009 due to a staff event. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.)

吃了午餐,2点前就到了library门口。有大概100人在门口等候,新加坡人多么善用图书馆哦。
花了大概50分钟浏览,借了4本书(Thailand lonely planet, Reader Digest April 2009, TIME AUGUST 17, 2009, 摺纸艺术技法百科 The ENCYCLOPEDIA of Origami )。

打算要离开图书馆时,听到librarian广播通知3点将会有一场讲座 (中医健康食疗讲座)。反正是免费的,听听无妨,哈哈。

以下是一些摘要:

不同体质食疗保健 (中医大体上将人的体质归类如下)
1) 阴虚体质特点
形体消瘦,口燥咽干,大便干,小便黄,怕热
- 食物可选择芝麻,蜂蜜,甘蔗,鱼类等清淡食物,对葱、姜、蒜、辣椒等辛味食品则应少吃
- 中药可选玉竹、麦冬、白木耳等。

2) 阳虚体质特点
面色淡白、怕寒喜暖
- 可以多吃羊肉、鹿肉、肉桂等

3) 气虚体质特点
体倦乏力,语声低怯
可常吃糯米、香菇、鸡肉、牛肉
- 中药可以选党参、黄芪、淮山、大枣

4) 血虚体质特点
面白或者萎黄
- 可以常吃黑木耳、菠菜、大枣、猪肉、红豆、黑糯米
- 中药可以选择八珍汤、四物汤

5) 阳盛体质特点
体形壮实、喜凉怕热、喜冷饮、面赤声高
- 忌辛辣燥类的食物例如辣椒、葱、姜等,对于牛肉、鸡肉、鹿肉等温阳食物易少食,可多食水
果、蔬菜例如西瓜、苦瓜、番茄、莲藕等、戒酒。
- 中药可以常用沸水冲泡菊花、苦丁茶饮用。

6) 血瘀体质特点
面色晦滞、口唇色暗、舌紫暗或有瘀点
- 可常吃桃仁、黑大豆、山楂粥等,可饮少量黄酒
- 中药可用当归,川芎

7) 痰湿体质特点
形体肥胖、神倦、嗜睡
- 可常吃白扁豆、薏米、洋葱、包菜、白萝卜等
- 中药可选择陈皮、茯苓

8) 气郁体质特点
平素性情急躁易怒,易于激动或忧郁寡欢
- 可以常食佛手、茴香、柑皮、大蒜等,可少量饮酒

Woke up early and just came back from jogging at nearby park. Every time when I'm back from jogging, 3R (Refreshment, Replenishment, Revitalization) will come to me. ^_^ I like these feelings but in order to gain them, I need to make sure I have enough sleep (sleep early is utmost important) on that day. That's why I'd sleep by 12am (usually is 11am) and this is how the nickname 'Cin Cin' which my darling given to me (sounds nice, right? haha).

Later, I'll go to Ang Mo Kio Public Library
to borrow some books that introduce Chiang Mai and it's nearby provinces. My main intention is to refer to the hardcopy-version of Chiang Mai's map which I think will be helpful during my forthcoming Chiang Mai trip.


I hope I manage to spend some time to polish up my photoshop skill today before going for badminton session at 7:30pm.

Yeah, a brand new Saturday is awaiting me. @_^

今天早上收到 AirAsia 的 email.

AirAsia regrets to advise that our flight AK762, scheduled to depart from Kuala Lumpur to Chiang Mai at 10.40am (1040 hours) on 05 NOV 2009, has unfortunately been rescheduled. The new departure time has been rescheduled earlier to 07.20am (0720 hours) and it arrives in Chiang Mai at 09.00am (0900 hours).

就这样,我从 S'pore 到 LCCT 的机票就要当废纸了。






尝试拨电给Airsia, 希望可以要求赔偿。 等了半个小时,都没有operator 接听 (不懂是真的忙还是 purposely don't wan to pick up the phone x_T)。怎么办?

难道要再花钱买前一晚的机票?

好无奈

年头(二月份,Airsia 有优惠)就订了从KL去寮国,再从曼谷回KL的机票。可是,朋友很早就告诉我她还不能肯定到时侯能不能成行。要等到九月中她的新学期时间表出炉了才能confirm。结果她的姐姐,妹妹也不能去。剩下我一人。与其一只身旅游,不如将原本批准了的7天 annual leave分成两次。就可以安排两次的旅游(更高兴的是 darling 也有去 ^_^)。

上网找了很多关于清迈的资料,5天4夜的旅程,so far 才安排了第一天的住宿+两天半的行程。很遗憾的将错过泰国著名的 Loy Kratong节庆 (今年会在11月2日)。

6点起床,静坐20分钟,6点30分便动身到附近的公园晨跑。很多人都不知道晨跑过后的感觉,一个字~爽。

晨跑回来后,开启了千千静听。

千千静听播放着Jay Chow的稻香,让我忆起从小便伴我成长的水闸新村(Kampung Chui Chak)那无际@稻田。

上个月很荣幸地带了我的同事(2位来自中国,1位来自印尼,另一位来自菲律宾)遨游金马仑高原。也顺道介绍了水闸新村的稻田。
